Kaisyn's 1st Utah Basketball Game

We went to the Utah basketball game last week against Oregon. We bought a 4 game ticket pack that included Oregon, Cal, Gonzaga and LSU. Some of our friends also bought tickets so it will be fun to enjoy the games with them. Kaisyn was good as always, and seemed to like watching the game. The Utes won so it was a great night!

7 Months Old

Wow! Another month has gone by. Kaisyn is 7 months old now and getting so big. I'm guessing he's 20 something pounds now...he definitely feels like it. He is rolling all over the place now. If he needs to get somewhere, he rolls until he gets there...just like Skylee did before she crawled. And now that he is rolling, he LOVES to sleep on his tummy. He has pulled his knees up a few times so I think crawling is just around the corner. He is also almost sitting up entirely on his own, which he loves. He's a noisy little man too...always babbling, and squealing, and screaming. Skylee thinks he's too noisy sometimes, but she doesn't really have room to talk. Kaisyn is such a happy little guy, and he is so much fun! He never fails to melt my heart and make me smile. He's truly got his mommy wrapped around his finger :)

Kaisyn's 1st Thanksgiving

Here are some pictures of Kaisyn's 1st Thanksgiving. It wasn't too eventful for him...just another trip to Grandma's. Next year he will actually get to enjoy the yummy food instead of the Turkey baby food.

Disney on Ice

Even Kaisyn seemed to enjoy Disney on Ice. We had really close seats so he could see everything really well. He was very entertained for the whole show, which was nice.

Blackout!

I was a little nervous about taking Kaisyn to the Utah vs TCU game because it was so cold, but he did really good. We bundled him up and wrapped him in a blanket and he actually slept for the whole first half of the game. And the second half, he was pretty content and happy. And the Utes pulled off a win, which made us all happy!

Happy Halloween!

Here is little "Kai Bear" on Halloween. He didn't think trick or treating was very exciting and fell asleep within 10 minutes. He did enjoy hanging out with his buddies Hudson and Drake afterwards though. These cute little guys are going to be trouble when they are older!

6 Months Old

Kaisyn is 6 months old now and is looking (and feeling) more like a little boy now...not a baby anymore. At his 6 month Dr. Appointment he weighed 19.5 pounds (82%) and was 28.5 inches long (97%). He is so talkative now, and has realized that he can yell, which is pretty funny. He is loving baby food, and loves playing with toys (or anything really) now that he can grab. He rolls over very easily now, but gets frustrated when he is on his tummy because he knows that he should be able to move somehow but can't figure out how yet. He is such a good and happy little man, and he never fails to make me smile. His smile and beautiful bright eyes just lighten up my day!
